If you are getting an error message when trying to update the contacts page, you may need to adjust your security settings in Internet Explorer Browsers.

1. Navigate to the Contacts Web page.
2. On Internet Explorer Menu
3. Select Tools > Internet Options.
4. Click Security Tab.

5. Click Custom Level... button.
6. Scroll the options list down to the miscellaneous section.
7. Enable the option "Access Data sources across domains"

8. Click OK.
9. Click Apply.
10. Click OK.
11. Refresh the web page, and the updates should now work.
