Fieldbook, state that a
required tenure of 5
"Consecutive" years of
commissioner service is
required for this
prestigious award.
If you feel like you
have met the
requirements for this
award, please let me
know immediately so I
can get your information
processed. Deadline for
these completed forms is
Monday, November
19 by the end
of the business day.
